I am working on these notes. For now, I have just a few observations.
O.J. Simpson
should be the great hero of the ‘Battered Wives’ Society’ or whatever they call themselves; no matter how severely Nicole Brown attacked
him, he never hit her back. He ran away or held her down. He never deliberately hurt anybody. He never hit anybody.
In 1989, when they were in their bedroom after a new years' party, Nicole attacked him and he worked her out of the room and locked it from the inside. She got hold of the key and came storming in again and he pulled her out of the room again. Later he thought he shouldn't have done that, he said "I could have handled that differently" probably meaning he could have run away. He took that so seriously himself that he promised he would tear up the prenuptial agreement if he would ever do that again, and even put that in writing.
I don’t know exactly what happened in that courtroom in ’89. I don’t even
know who was there. What I do know is that two police officers were lying.
The first was Mark Fuhrman. To prosecute
someone for spousal abuse without the victims’ consent there should be a history of abuse. So they used the ’84 incident,
Fuhrman claiming that her 911 call was about abuse. He said that he came to the house that night and talked to them about it. I
challenge Fuhrman to produce the report that should have been made of that visit.
